Return & Refund Policy
At Petworkldes, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not, we’ve made the return process as simple and straightforward as possible.
To return an item, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized products or intimate items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization concerns.
You can return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges after this period.
Before sending back any items, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number may not be processed.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Keep in mind that your refund may be subject to deductions, including restocking fees, return shipping costs, or applicable taxes.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we suggest reviewing your bank or credit card statement. If it’s still not showing, please contact your financial institution. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team, and we will investigate the issue.
Sale items can be returned, but the refund will be based on the discounted price you paid during the sale.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to begin the exchange process. Availability of the desired item is subject to change, and you may be responsible for any price differences or shipping fees that arise.
Here’s how to return an item:
Contact our customer service team to request an RA number and obtain detailed return instructions.
Pack the item carefully, ideally in its original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, and paperwork.
Clearly write the RA number on the outer packaging.
Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which covers the cost of processing and inspecting the returned items. If applicable, our customer service team will inform you of the fee before you complete the return.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item). In that case, we will cover the return shipping charges.
